Amphora Wine Log is a powerful application that is used to track and manage the winemaking process. It is a winemaking log with advanced data storage, management, and presentation capabilities.
Amphora Wine Log is very sophisticated software, yet is very simple to use, and has features that the most advanced winemaker will appreciate, such as user-defined database queries, reports, and charts.
Amphora Wine Log has been designed to appeal and be accessible to both the home and professional winemaker. In addition to the many home winemakers, Amphora has been installed in over 250 commercial wineries in 20 countries around the world.
Amphora Wine Log will run on nearly all operating systems including Windows (Win2000 or greater), Linux, Mac OS X (10.4 or greater), and others. Amphora requires about 50 MB of free hard drive space and 256 MB or more of RAM is recommended.

Amphora uses several open source code libraries. Interested developers can download the source code.
Just click the downloaded file and follow the instructions.
Unpack the archive: unzip amphora609trial.zip
Double click on install.jar and follow the instructions. If
no file association is set up for jar files then the
installer can be executed at the command line: java
-jar install.jar
After installing, the application is started by clicking
Amphora.jar or executing java -jar
Amphora.jar on the command line.
Feel free to submit bug reports and feature requests via our Mantis Bug Tracker System. Here you can submit bug reports or enhancement requests. You can also view existing entries that have been submitted by others. If you prefer not to set up a bug tracker account, you can just email your request to fermsoft support (see below).
